CPT or Current Procedural Terminology is a system of classification where a service or operation is carried out in a uniformed manner. There is a code that is applied along with the service so as to state a universal statement for practice. It is well used within the medical and transport industry as it provides statistical data and evidence for platforms such as insurance and law.
